In the app (fastest)
- Open JogStats and sign in.
- Go to Me → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
Want a copy first? Use Me → Settings → Download my data before you delete.
Without the app
Email support@jogstats.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my JogStats account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, email address and settings.
- All your activities, GPS tracks and share links.
- Your buddy progress, club memberships and group run sign-ups. Clubs you own are deleted too.
- Your zones become free for others to claim.
Backups that might still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days. We may keep a minimal record only where the law requires it.
