Your safety comes first
- JogStats is for fun and motivation, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise plan, especially if you have a health condition.
- Never chase zones somewhere unsafe. Obey traffic rules, respect private property and stay aware of your surroundings.
- Meet people from clubs and group runs in public places, and trust your instincts.
Play fair
- Only record activities you really did on foot.
- Don't use fake location apps, vehicles or anything else to claim zones or climb leaderboards.
- We may flag activities, remove zones or close accounts that break these rules.
Be kind
- Club names, descriptions and group runs must not be hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading or illegal.
- Moderators can hide clubs and remove content that breaks these rules.
Your content
You own your activities and what you post. You give us permission to store and show it as the app describes: for example, your first name on zones you own, or a route you choose to share. You can delete it at any time.
Your account
Keep access to your email inbox safe, because that's how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete account.
The service
We work hard to keep JogStats running, but it is provided "as is". GPS can be inaccurate, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
